Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses the Ruliad Platform and to everything built with it, including your own users' use of your product. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Do not use the Services to
- Break the law or help others break it, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Harm minors in any way, including generating, finding or analysing sexual content involving minors.
- Develop or use weapons capable of mass casualties, or attack critical infrastructure.
- Build surveillance of individuals without a lawful basis: covert tracking, facial recognition to identify people without their consent where required, or profiling people by sensitive characteristics.
- Make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, benefits, law enforcement) without meaningful human review and the disclosures the law requires.
- Gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data, including using perception models to defeat CAPTCHAs or other access controls you are not authorised to bypass.
- Run automated agents against websites or services in breach of their terms, or at a volume that harms them.
- Create spam, fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation or deceptive content, including content that hides that it is machine-generated where that is required.
- Harass, threaten or incite violence or discrimination.
Platform integrity
- Do not circumvent rate limits, credits, access controls or safety measures, share or resell API keys, or create multiple accounts to avoid limits or obtain free credits.
- Do not probe, scan or load-test the Services without our written permission.
- Do not reverse-engineer the models, extract weights, or use outputs to train a competing model.
If you build on Ruliad
- Your users must follow this policy; tell them, and act on misuse you become aware of.
- Disclose to people when they are interacting with an automated system where a reasonable person would not know.
- Keep a human in the loop where errors could seriously affect people.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations using request metadata, limit or suspend access, and report illegal activity to authorities. Report misuse or vulnerabilities to security@ruliad.co.
